The Minnesota Timberwolves (2-0 preseason) head to Los Angeles ahead of a two-game series, first against the Clippers (2-0 preseason) on Sunday.
Minnesota defeated the Lakers, 114-99, on Thursday night in Las Vegas. Rudy Gobert made his Wolves preseason debut scoring five points, 12 rebounds, three assists and two steals in 17 minutes of play. Anthony Edwards led the team in scoring for the second consecutive game dropping 13 points.
The Clippers last played on October 3 as they defeated the Portland Trail Blazers, 102-97. Kawhi Leonard and Paul George each played 16 minutes and scored 23 points combined in the victory.
